Gail has been involved with real estate in New Mexico since 1977. She spent two years in the mortgage banking field then experienced a successful career in the title business for 14 years as an escrow officer in Albuquerque. She brought her extensive experience and real estate expertise into real estate sales in 1993 and was consistently in the top 10% of producers at the largest brokerage in Albuquerque. Gail moved to Santa Fe in 2001, bringing her passion and knowledge of residential real estate to the “City Different”, full of its unique properties and diverse clientele. She has been quite successful in Santa Fe and has a deep love for the city, its real estate, and its ever growing full and part time residents. Gail married Kenneth Helfer in July of 2003 and resides in Tesuque. Kenneth is the owner of Amazing Gates, a successful internet company selling iron security gates worldwide. In her spare time, Gail loves mountain biking, hiking, golf, gardening and especially her two grown children and grandchildren.
